Service Providers Expeditions By Twelve makes arrangements for lodging, meals, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services related to your Safari, which we reserve on your behalf. The suppliers we use are known to us and independent providers, not an agent or employee of Expeditions By Twelve, and you acknowledge that you are aware and fully understand this. We only work with companies with highest reputation for excellence and with a history of proving luxury products. Each provider of services that we engage are governed by their own terms and conditions and by the laws and regulations of the country in which the operate.

 

Force Majeure: Expeditions By Twelve will not be deemed in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable to you, by reason of delay in providing services or non-performance of any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to “Force Majeure”, means any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Expeditions By Twelve, without limitation acts of God, terrorism activities, severe weather conditions, fire, accident, sickness, labour strikes, war or threat of war, sabotage, government intervention or any unforeseen circumstances.
